I think it’s also important to note that Macs still only make up about 8%-10% of total market share for personal computers. And MS and Apple are still competitors. So those two factors will probably always give priority to Windows versions of Office. Don’t get me wrong. I love Apple products too. Our house is full of them. Everyone seems to believe this is related to new Office Excel, but it is not. It seems to me unbelieveable that updating your audio drivers would help in this issue? What is the logic behind that? If so, win 10 is a bugged, scrambled and unlogical operating system. Microsoft implements issues in Win10 that force users to make choices to upgrade your sw to up-to-date versions, and even making some sw operating “badly” because it serves their interest. I believe the only purpose of Win 10 is to make more money for Microsoft, instead of providing users a better operating system and user interface for the user to choose free what sw, cloud or accessories to use instead of those provided by Microsoft in the operating system, and e.g. Office sw release.
